Controlled Thaw Cabinets

By alternating between the circulation of moderate heat and refrigeration, thaw cabinets allow frozen food to thaw out evenly and safely but quickly.  This allows for the precision thawing of products, allowing optimum productivity efficient operations in your food serving business and provides hygienic protection for your clients and consumers.

Safe thawing

Food is thawed from temperatures ranging between -18 / -21 degrees C to +1/+4 Degrees C.  This process takes approximately 7 hours, if the cabinet is at maximum capacity (based on products 25mm in thickness). This can be set to occur overnight so food products are ready to use when you open for business/prep time.

Easy program settings allow for simple operation and help prevent errors from occurring.
